MEA is an independent, non-commercial, open-access initiative. We share practical, clinician-led teaching—technique, decision-making, and patient comfort—to help the GI community learn together.
Our goal is simple: to share experience, improve patient care, and build a trusted space where endoscopy professionals can learn together.

All materials are created in our endoscopy unit at the department of endoscopy, Medical City Hospital for Military and Security Services in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Cases are recorded with consent, anonymized, and selected for clear educational value. We teach from real-world practice.

Free library: live/on-demand webinars, annotated full-length procedures, short “Endoscopy Pearls,” an image-rich Endoscopy Atlas, decision-aid tools, and tailored nursing education. Content is produced by practicing clinicians and remains openly available.

A volunteer faculty of consultants, specialists, nurses, and technicians contribute cases and commentary. When we collaborate with industry (e.g., equipment for demos), we disclose it and keep full educational independence.
